Annually my husband and I visit Breezy Point Resort for a week-long respite.  Well, we never make it a whole week and this one was the shortest ever for me, literally 24 hours give or take 2 hours.

But this year I was determined to visit the coffee shop on the premises.  Since its remodeled a couple of years ago I say I am going to go but we normally stay in and make our own or go out-out to breakfast.  Although I had already drank 2 cups (@Coffee Dad what you do think about that?) but as I said already, I was determined to visit the shop.  I found out that it’s literal name is Coffee House, Breezy Point Resort.

Noted as a gathering place at the Resort, the “Coffee House is a great place to meet your family, friends, visit, or just relax by the fireplace.”  Coffee House serves up Caribou espresso drink or drip coffee, fresh pastries, ice cream, malts and sundaes. You can reach this cute little coffee shop without having to go outside to get there, at least from our Timeshare unit you do not have go to outside.  It  it’s a great place to tuck away with a good book or to get some work done without a lot of distraction, especially if you go during midday.

If you have children, the game room is just outside the door so you can sip a cup or two while the kids play.  After you get your energy up, you can go join the kids.

My barista Grace was gracious enough to take a photo with me and give me a coffee shop etiquette tip…or two.  We’ve heard it before and now we hear it from Grace.

Don’t be a grab and go, customer.  We realize that you may be in a hurry and do not have time for a lot of chit-chat, but at least say hello, smile and make a little eye contact.  Take some time to engage with the barista.

Who would not want to engage with a person like Grace.  A gracious  host like grace, a smooth cup of Joe and a warm welcoming environment. Thank you Grace.

Etiquette Tip:

We realize that you may be in a hurry and do not have time for a lot of chit-chat, but at least say hello, smile and make a little eye contact.
